XHC Jaw Crushers: A Solid Foundation for Primary Crushing

In primary crushing, the XHC jaw crusher stands out for its robust engineering and thoughtful design details:Its weld-free, detachable frame structure offers excellent fatigue resistance and eliminates the common risk of cracking caused by internal stresses found in traditional welded frames. The crusher is equipped with SKF large-clearance spherical roller bearings, with installation clearances strictly controlled to prevent overheating, premature wear, and unexpected failures.An integrated motor base design reduces vibration-related drive system issues, lowers civil works costs, and shortens on-site installation time.

The deep V-shaped crushing chamber was optimized using discrete element and dynamic simulations to achieve the ideal jaw motion trajectory and crushing geometry. This results in better inertia, effective stroke, and full release of crushing capacity. Careful counterweight optimization, validated through simulation, minimizes unbalanced forces. Paired with an elastic vibration-damping foundation, it significantly reduces stress on the structure, extends equipment life, and simplifies foundation design.

Operators benefit from quick and easy discharge opening adjustment using either mechanical or hydraulic wedge systems, which reduces labor intensity and speeds up maintenance. Standard jaw plates are made of high-quality ZG120Mn18Cr2 manganese steel for long wear life and fewer replacements.

The XHCH/XHCS series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are engineered to handle medium to fine crushing of various ore types. Multiple chamber designs—developed according to layered crushing principles and liner wear characteristics—along with adjustable eccentric throw and an intelligent hydraulic tramp release system, deliver strong crushing force, high capacity, large feed acceptance, high uptime, and low failure rates.

Constant chamber geometry and specially designed liners ensure even wear, maximizing liner utilization and service life while keeping maintenance costs down.A dedicated PLC control system supports both local and remote operation, real-time health monitoring, and optional smart interconnection.
