The 5tpd Gold Mobile Gravity Separation Plant is characterized by the cost-efficient, high output value and environmental protection.

All procedures are integrated in this mobile plant for gold ore processing with flexible move.

Producing while landing, transferring while loading; each concentrator is processed, assembled and debugged completely at the factory before it assembled into the container. Raw ore from the mine is fed into the Jaw Crusher for crushing;The crushed products will be conveyed to the Fine Steel Ore Bin by a Skip Hoist, the products in the Ore Bin are evenly fed into the Ball Mill for grinding, and the grinding products are fed into Jig, then the jig tailings returns to Spiral Classifier for classification, the return sand from classifier go back to the ball mill and form the “Closed –Circuit Grinding” in the whole Gravity Separation plant for gold.

The overflow of classifier is pumped into Centrifugal Separator for separation, and the concentrate from centrifugal concentrator is regularly picked, using a Shaking Table for selection to obtain “Gravity Gold Concentrate”.
