According to the characteristics of graphite ore of Carat in Vietnam, and on the basis of experimental research, Xinhai provided the 800t/d mineral processing plant design service.
For the characteristics of the graphite ore, the ore crushing system provided by Xinhai was with both jaw crushing and impact crushing; in order to protect the graphite flakes, the process “discarding tailings by coarse grinding, multi-stage grinding and multi-stage classification, concentrated returning of partial middlings” was adopted
The raw ore CaF2 content of this project was 66.10%, and the main gangue minerals were quartz, calcite, dolomite, etc. Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided EPC project services to this project.
Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. undertook the 1,000t/d fluorite processing plant design in Longhua County, Chengde. The CaF2 grade of raw ore was 30.80% and the raw ore was classified as lowgrade fluorite ore.
