Crushing equipment, Screening Equipment, Crushing and Screening process of Lead-znic Beneficiation Plant in Tibet, Xinhai
La Norma lead zinc mine, located in Kare Town, Chamdo County, Tibet Autonomous Region, is a 600 thousand t/a plant EPC project undertook by Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. The whole plant is composed of four workshops including crushing & screening workshop, grinding workshop, flotation workshop and concentrate dehydration workshop.
In crushing & screening workshop, 3-phase 1-closed circuit technological process is used for crushing & screening workshop. The ores flow to jaw crusher for coarse crushing by heavy-duty plate feeder with 500mm feed size. Through cyclical movement of mobile jaw that swings around fixed jaw materials between the two jaws are extruded which causes crushing effect. The coarse crushing product are transported to double-layer circular vibrating screen for screening by 1# belt conveyor. Mounted on the side plate of the screen box and driven by the motor through V belt, the vibrator rotates, generates centrifugal force and drives the vibration of the screen box which is the vibrating object with the motion likely circular movement trail. The material on screen are transported to cone crusher for intermediate crushing by 2# belt conveyor and that of sub-layer are also transported to cone crusher for line crushing by 3# belt conveyor; the intermediate and fine crushing products return circular vibrating screen for screening; the acceptable products of sub-layer under screen with -12mm particle size are transported to fine ore bin by 4# belt conveyor.
