Shandong Xinhai Mining's agitation tanks mainly include high-efficiency agitation tanks、ordinary agitation tanks、reagent agitation tanks, high-temperature agitation tanks, slurry lifting agitation tanks, high-concentration slurry agitation tanks, cone-bottom agitation tanks, and pickling agitation tanks.
The impeller rotates in the tank to drive the slurry flow. Under the action of the circulation cylinder, multiple small cycles are formed in the tank, thereby achieving uniform mixing of the slurry or reagent.
The high-speed rotation of the centrifugal impeller generates negative pressure at the center of the impeller, and the external slurry is sucked into the tank through the cylinder seat at the bottom of the impeller, and the liquid level in the tank is continuously raised. After reaching a certain height, it flows out along the overflow pipe, thereby achieving the lifting capacity.
The agitation shaft adopts an upper and lower double impeller structure. Under high-speed rotation, the upper impeller presses the slurry downward, and the lower impeller lifts the slurry upward, allowing the two slurries to collide in the middle and then diffuse to the surroundings, thereby forming a large loop of the slurry with a higher concentration in the entire tank and generating an upward water flow in the tank, greatly reducing the sedimentation rate of the slurry and improving the agitation capacity to adapt to the agitation of high-concentration slurry.
